Pursuing a vision where all information and technology professionals have the opportunities, support, and advocacy to achieve senior leadership roles.
Next Leaders Fellowship (NLF) is an experience and framework that identifies, develops, and advocates on behalf of information and technology professionals in higher education, with a special emphasis on those who identify as Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) and those from other historically excluded backgrounds. NLF recruits participants into a one-year cohort experience where they are mentored by accomplished senior leaders committed to supporting their professional growth. NLF does not seek to replace existing leadership development programs but instead complements them by explicitly recruiting a cohort of diverse candidates, creating a community among and around them, and providing mentorship and coaching throughout the program year.
This site hosts the NLF application process and the full NLF website is located at https://nextleadersfellowship.org.
